How soon can I get my personalized cards?
We know that time is of the utmost importance! We can have your personalized cards to you the next business day if you need them that fast (in most cases) if you approve the proof of your order by 2:00 p.m., Central Time. Other wise, we have several shipping options to choose from to get your order to you in a timely fashion. Please see Printing and Shipping Information below for more information about our shipping time and prices.
Do I need to register? How?
You do not have to register; however, we strongly recommend that you do register. By registering with us, you will be able to establish an account which will contain all of your personal information, such as your favorite cards and emails to friends. Plus, you will be ableto view any previous orders you have placed with us. Registering with us is simple. All you have to do is click on the Create Account tab on our home page and type in your name, address, phone number, and email address. You will create your own password. All of your information will be kept private and secure.
Can you send me a catalog with all your cards?
We do not currently have a catalog because our supply of new cards is constantly increasing. You can see our entire collection of cards by clicking on the Site Map tab on our home page.
What distinguishes your company from others?
Simply put: SELECTION and SERVICE! We have a unique and growing selection of cards. We employ graphic artists that are constantly creating new designs exclusively for us. Our customer service team understands that choosing the right card for your special occasion is very important. Placing An Order

How can I place an order online?
Once you select a card you like, follow the prompts to place your order. Ordering online is easy, safe, and convenient. You can place an order any time, day or night! For more detailed instructions, click on the HOW TO ORDER tab on our home page.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Absolutely! Our customer service representatives will take your order over the phone. Simply call us at {site_tollfree} from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Saturday. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
What other ways can I place an order?
You can print off an order form from our HOW TO ORDER page (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)and either fax it or mail it to us. You will find our fax number and mailing address above under General Information.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is 15 cards.
How do I add special instructions about my order?
We are happy to send you a proof, free of charge, after you place your Order. Unfortunately, we cannot send a proof until after you complete your order. After completing your Order we will send you a proof so you may have the option to make corrections or add ons before your order is printed.
Is there a way I can see what my personalized card will look like before I place my order?
Yes! We have exclusive technology that allows you to enter your personalized message, choose your typestyle and ink color and then preview your card before you complete your order. If you are not satisfied with your card, simply move the wording around, change the typestyle, size of the type, or the color of the ink and then preview it again. You can do this as many times as you want. Additionally, after you place the order, we will send you an email proof to make sureyour card is perfect before it is printed.
Can I see a proof of my card before it is printed?
Absolutely! We want your personalized card to look exactly as you want before we print it. We will email you a proof, or if you prefer we can fax it to you, although you will not be able to see the distinct colors of the card and type unless you have a color fax machine. We recommend receiving an email proof.
How do I order envelopes?
Envelopes will be added to your shopping cart automatically in the same amount of cards that you order. .
Can I order blank cards?
Any of our cards can be purchased without text. They cost $.20 LESS than the amount of the card that you select. You can choose to order blank cards by checking the appropriate box under the personalization box where you would normally enter your text.

Custom Designs

Can you custom design a card?
Our in-house graphic artists can create a card for your special occasion. We do require a minimum order of 100 cards for this service. We can use your ideas to create a special card, usually in two or three days.
Can I change the colors of the images or borders on the card?
We can change the colors of the borders or images, add images, move images, or remove images to suit your individual request. This may take a little longer than average, but can usually be completed in one to two days. You can request changes in the Additional Comments box on the personalization page or you can call us to discuss your particular request. Depending on the extent of the changes, a minimum order of 100 cards may be required.
I am African American/Native American/Asian/Hispanic. Can you change the color of the skin tone on a card to make it darker?
We have the ability to change or darken the skin tone on any of our images. Simply include this request in the Additional Comments section on the personalization page or call us to discuss this request. We will send as many proofs as you request after you place the order to make sure we have the skin tone exactly like you want it before the card is printed. As with any special design, we require a minimum order of 100 cards for this service.
Can you include my company's logo on my cards?
We can include your logo on any of our cards. Please call us to discuss this option.
Will you design a card for my business?
Our graphic artists will gladly design a logo or card for your business announcements or invitations. This service requires a minimum order of 100 cards and usually takes from two to five days to complete. Please call our Graphic Arts Department to discuss this request.

Proofs

How and when will I receive a proof of my personalized card?
After you place your order, you will receive an email from us with a link to view your personalized card over the internet. You should receive your email proof within about an hour after placing your order in most cases. If you place your order after 7:00 p.m. Central Time or over the weekend, you will receive an email proof the next business day. You can request that your proof be faxed to you instead of emailed; however, you will not be able to view the distinct colors of the card unless you have a color fax machine.
How can I make changes to my personalized card after I receive a proof?
You can reply to the email we send you with any changes you need made or you can call us to make changes. We will then send you a revised proof with the changes you requested. You can continue to make changes until your card is perfect!
Do I have to receive a proof before you will print and ship my order?
You do not have to receive a proof, but we strongly recommend that you do. There is an option on the personalization page below the box where you enter your personalized message that states NO, I do NOT want a Proof emailed to me before printing . Check this option if you do not want a proof of your order. We will print and ship your order just as you request.
After I approve the proof of my personalized card, how soon will my cards be printed and shipped?
If you approve the proof by 2:00 p.m. Central Time, your order will be printed and shipped the same day. An exception to that is if your order exceeds 100 cards. In that case, the order will likely be shipped the next business day.

How much do your cards cost?
Our cards range in price from $1.39 each to $1.59 each. Our thank you cards are $.20 less than the cost of the coordinating invitation or announcement. You can get an estimate of the cost of your order by clicking the "View Price" button below the image of the card you select
How much are the envelopes?
Envelopes are included in the cost of the card and are automatically added to your shopping cart in the same quantity as cards that you order
If I order a larger quantity, is there a discount?
The cards are priced individually. If you order 50 or more cards, there is a discount. Just click the View Price button below the image of the card you select to view the discount schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. We do also accept cash, checks or money orders. Please call our customer service department for more details about paying with cash, check, or money order.
How can I get your advertised 10 Cards FREE?
If your order total is $75 or more BEFORE shipping costs, you may click on the ADD MORE button while in the checkout section to receive 10 FREE cards of the same design. For more details, click on the 10 Cards FREE tab on our home page.
How do I know that my credit card information is secure?
We use a secure server for all of our credit card transactions. There are two ways you can tell if you are using a secure server. One way is to look for the lock symbol on the bottom toolbar. Another way to tell if you are on a secure server is to look for https: in the address bar at the top. The s in https: stands for secure.
When will my credit card be charged for my order?
Your credit card will be charged when you complete the Check Out section of the shopping cart. We must process a payment before we can send a proof of your personalized card.

Our Products/Services

What is the weight and quality of your card stock?
We use Classic Crest Avon Brilliant White 80 pound card stock that is Acid and Lignin Free. All of our invitations and announcements are either 5 x 7 (landscape) or 7 x 5 (portrait). Our thank you cards are matching Classic Crest Avon Brilliant White fold over cards that are 5 inch wide by 8 inch high (unfolded). We think that you will find the quality and durability of our cardstock to be exceptional.
What size and type of envelopes do you use?
All of our envelopes for our 5 x 7 and 7' x 5 cards are Classic Crest Avon Brilliant White, and they are 5 inch x 7 inch. Our thank you card envelopes are the same brand and are 5 inch x 4 inch.
Do you have R.S.V.P./response/regrets cards?
We certainly do! R.S.V.P./response/regrets cards are a great way to ensure that your invited guests respond to let you know if they will or will not be attending the party or special occasion. There are three wording options for these cards, which you will see on the personalization page.
Can I get my return address printed on the envelopes?
Of course! This option is available for an additional $.35 per envelope. Your return address will be printed on the back flap of the envelope in black ink using the same font you select for your invitation, announcement, or thank you card. You can select this option on the personalization page.
Do you have any ideas for wording an invitation or announcement?
You can get many ideas from looking at the cards on our site. We also have a tab on the home page entitled Wording Ideas which may help you come up with some ideas. If you still cannot find a wording/saying/verse that you like, please call our Customer Service Department, and we will be happy to assist you.
What typestyles/fonts can I use on my personalized card?
We have several typestyles/fonts to choose from. On the personalization page, you will have the option to view your personalized message using any one of our typestyles/fonts. We encourage you to try several different typestyles/fonts as well as changing the size of the font to see how your text looks best. We do recommend that you use the typestyle that is shown on the sample, but there are no hard and fast rules for designing your card with the typestyle that you like the best.
What ink colors can I use on my personalized card?
We have 10 ink colors to choose from so that you can personalize your card the way you like. Once you place the order, our Proof Department will then match the ink color that you choose to compliment the colors in the card. So, for example, if you choose the color pink as your ink color, but do not like the pink that is shown on the sample, you can specify in the Additional Comments section to make the ink color hot pink or pale pink. We will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with the color you choose.
Can I use more than one typestyle or ink color on my cards?
Yes. Please specify that in the Additional Comments section on the personalization page.

Printing and Shipping Information

When will my order be printed?
Your order will be printed the same day you approve the proof, if you approve the proof by 2:00 p.m. Central Time. If you approve the proof after 2:00 p.m., your order will be printed the next business day.
How soon will my order be shipped after I approve the proof?
If the order is printed and packaged by 6:00 p.m. Central Time, it will be shipped the same day.
What shipping service do you use?
Currently, we use UPS for all of our shipping.
How soon will I get my order after it is shipped?
That depends on the shipping method that you choose. We have standard shipping, which takes 5-7 business days; 3 days express delivery guaranteed; 2 days express delivery guaranteed; and next day- delivery guaranteed. Please keep in mind that Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days to UPS when you are trying to calculate your estimated delivery date. We do offer Saturday delivery for an additional charge.
What is the cost of shipping?
Our recommended shipping time is the 3 day-delivery guaranteed, which is $12.95. We also have standard shipping (5-7 business days), which is $7.95. Our 2 day delivery costs $19.95 and next day delivery is $34.95. We also offer Saturday delivery for an additional $25.00. If your order subtotal is $100 or more we will deduct our standard shipping cost of $7.95 from your total.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address from mine?
You can. There is a separate space on the checkout page to add a shipping address if it is different from your billing address.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or apartment?
Unfortunately, UPS will not ship to a P.O. box. They will ship to an apartment, but there must be someone available to sign for the package.
How can I track my order after it is shipped?
You will receive an email from us after your order is shipped that will give you specific details about how to track your package with UPS
Do you ship outside the U.S.? If so, how much will that cost?
We can ship outside the U.S. , but your actual shipping charges will have to be calculated after printing. We will calculate the difference between the amount you paid for shipping and the actual cost and charge it to the same card that you used for the purchase. UPS cannot guarantee the delivery time due to many factors affecting the delivery.

Cancellations - Returns - Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our business, cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge. We will gladly make any changes to your card before it is printed. We can even change the card that you selected to a different card or suspend the order until a later date. There is no charge to make changes before your order is printed. If you do decide to cancel your order after we have begun processing it, but before it is printed there will be a minimum cancellation charge of 50%of the total cost of the order or $25, whichever is greater. The exact amount will be determined by us and will depend on the amount of work that has gone into processing your order. If you want to REDUCE your Order after it has been placed, we will be happy to do so, However, any reduction in your order after we have begun processing your Order will be subject to the MINIMUM Cancellation Charge of 50% of the amount being cancelled, or $25, whichever is GREATER. If your Net Credit due for the reduced quantity is less than $15, you will be entitled to the credit in additional products or services, but we will NOT issue a credit to your credit card.
I noticed an error on my cards. Can I return them? Can they be reprinted?
We hope this never happens! We send a proof to ensure that your cards are EXACTLY the way you want them before they are printed. Please check your proof VERY CAREFULLY! If the error was made by our staff, we will reprint your cards at NO COST to you; however, if the error was contained in the proof that you approved, we will reprint your cards at a discounted price from the original cost.
Do you offer refunds?
We cannot offer any refunds due to the personalization of our products.

Graduation Cards Shop cannot warrant against shipping delays that are beyond our control. We will make every effort to make sure you order arrives in a timely fashion, but due to extreme weather and other factors influencing delivery, we cannot be held liable.
